Russell Joyce, Director and Principal Consultant of Heath Barrowcliff Consulting Ltd is a Director of the Health Sciences Records and Archives Association and active Steering Commmittee Member of the TMF Reference Model meaning the business is well-placed to meet its clients’ highest expectations and provide advice based on latest industry best practice, trends, and developments.

Under the auspices of the TMF Reference Model, Russell lead a project with a dedicated team of experts to develop the Real World Evidence Study Master File Index. Until it merged with HSRAA in 2014, Russell was also an Executive Committee Member of the Good Clinical Records Management Association.

Russell is a seasoned author, speaker, and trainer having drafted numerous publications and  presented workshops and presentations for HSRAA, the Drug Information Association, Marcus Evans, IQPC, the Institute of Clinical Research, the NHS R&D Forum, and the Pharmaceutical Quality Group.
