Process & Policy Authoring

214773-20150225Effective records and information management depends on the development and application of detailed policies and procedures ranging from the creation and maintenance of classification schemes and records retention schedules (policies in their own right) to records disposal (including the sanitisation of electronic media and equipment), records centre management, archiving procedures, and EDRMS and database management.

HBCL partners with clients to facilitate discussions and contribute to the development of robust policies and procedures that support a records management programme, where possible engineering compliance into the solutions offered so that records management is not seen as a divorced from everyday work but is seamlessly integrated into it.
